  • How far in advance should I be booking my calligrapher?
    Though I currently do not offer wedding stationery such as save the dates or invitations, I suggest reaching out 8-10 months before the date of your wedding when looking for these services. For day-of signage and smaller wedding goods, you can reach out to me 2-4 months prior. If your date is sooner, you can reach out to me and see if I have your date available; I might be able to work you in!
  • Can you customize the signage packages?
    Yes, all of our packages can be customized and made to fit your needs. We can pick and choose from the different packages and create a custom one with the specific signs or stationery items you might be looking for. Let me know the details and we'll work together to build a custom package just for you! All packages can include materials such as acrylic, wood, handmade paper or cardstock. Mirrors are not included in these packages, as they must be provided by the client, but I'd be more than happy to write on something you already have! All writing can removed from mirrors afterwards.
  • Can I order individual signs or do I need to order a specific package?
    Yes, you can order individual signs from me. Our signage packages were created as a guide to help show what you might need based off our most commonly requested signs. If only a few signs are needed, let me know through the contact form or an email with the details and pricing information will be sent upon request.
  • Do you have any mirrors or other signage available to rent out?
    We currently do not rent out our mirrors and signage, but are looking into implementing this service for our local couples. All customized signage we create for you is yours to keep!
  • For day-of signage, what's your turnaround time?
    Our standard turnaround time for all day-of signage is between 2-4 weeks, which depends on the number of signs that are needed. For all signage orders needed in less than a 10-day time period, depending on my current availability and the scope of work, a 30% rush fee will be added to the invoice.
  • For envelope addressing, what's your turnaround time?
    Depending on the size of your envelope order, our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. For any orders that are needed in less than a 10-day timeframe, a rush fee will be added to the invoice. All envelopes must be provided by the client unless discussed otherwise.
  • I'm not local... can you ship?
    Yes, absolutely! All stationery items and signage (aside from mirrors) can be shipped throughout the United States. Shipping fees will be added to your final invoice.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify me immediately. Due to the nature of scheduling these handmade, custom projects, I cannot refund any deposits made -- this fee makes up for other projects that were turned down in order to complete yours. Should you decide to cancel after your project is completed, you will be responsible for those charges. I do not accept returns and refunds are not offered due to the custom nature of all projects. If something appears incorrect or your item arrives damaged, please contact me.
  • Can you still help me if what I want isn't on your site?
